OUR SERVICES and POLICIES

Arrival/Departure/Parking

 

Guests are welcome to check-in after 3pm.

Checkout is at 11am (effective 1/1/23 check out will be 10am). Please let us know if you require other arrangements.

Parking for one car per room is available.

Smoking

Non-smoking property. Guests who smoke indoors will be charged a $250 cleaning fee. Candles, incense, and open flames are prohibited. This includes fireplaces since chimneys are blocked.

Alcohol

Guests may enjoy alcoholic beverages but are reminded to be respectful and responsible. Glasses are available in the coffee room on the first floor butler's pantry.

Cancellation Policy

 

If your plans change after your reservation is confirmed, our flexible cancellation notice requires a 24 hours notice for a 100% refund.

Additionally, we will provide a 100% refund to reservations that are cancelled more than 7 days prior to your arrival date.

If you cancel your reservation less than 7 days prior to arrival date, you are responsible for the entire cost of your reservation. Your credit card on file will be charged in full.

The cancellation fee also applies to changes in your arrival/departure date which result in a shorter stay. No refunds are provided for late arrivals or early departures.

Visitors and Quiet Hours

Visitors are limited to shared spaces on the first floor. Please respect quiet hours from 11pm to 7am.

Parties/Events

The Manor is available for small, intimate weddings, reunions, retreats, or any larger party traveling together.

Please contact us for information, availability, and recommendations on catering services.

Pets

For the comfort and safety of all guests, Franklin Manor does not offer pet-friendly accommodations.

WiFi

 

We encourage our guests to unplug, relax, and take in their surroundings.

If you do find the need to connect, free WiFi is available.
