THE ACCOMMODATIONS

Franklin Manor offers eleven guest rooms across two floors, giving larger groups the flexibility to stay together while still enjoying the privacy of individual bedrooms.
Our five primary guest rooms offer the Manor’s most complete accommodations, while six additional rooms tucked beneath the third-floor eaves provide extra space for friends and family traveling with your group.
FIVE PRIMARY GUEST ROOMS
Our individually appointed primary rooms each have their own character, with a mix of king and queen accommodations and private bathrooms.
SIX THIRD-FLOOR ROOMS
Our third floor adds six more bedrooms—including four queens, one king, and one room with a full and twin bed. These rooms share a single bathroom with a clawfoot tub and are available exclusively as part of a larger stay.

Franklin Manor provides overnight accommodations for groups but does not host weddings, receptions, parties or other private events.

A Few Details Before You Gather Your Group
Group stays at Franklin Manor are arranged personally rather than through our standard online booking system. This allows us to understand your plans, determine which rooms work best, and make sure Franklin Manor is the right fit for your group.
GUESTS AGE 16 & OVER
Franklin Manor welcomes guests age 16 and older. Children under 16 cannot be accommodated.
SHOES AT THE MANOR
To help care for the historic floors and keep the manor comfortable, we ask guests to remove outdoor shoes when entering the house.
REGISTERED GUESTS
Guest rooms and upper-floor guest areas are reserved for registered overnight guests.
SHARED & RESTRICTED SPACES
Guests are welcome to enjoy the parlor, living room, library, dining room, butler’s pantry, and front porch.
The kitchen, basement, and attic are private areas and are not open to guests.
