During our breakfast season, guests are invited to enjoy a thoughtfully prepared morning meal before heading out to explore the Adirondacks.
Outside of these seasonal breakfast dates, Franklin Manor operates as a room-only stay and breakfast is not served.

HISTORIC HOME
Franklin Manor is a historic property with original architectural features, including stairs and varying floor levels. The manor does not have an elevator.
A QUIETER STAY
Franklin Manor is best suited to guests looking for a peaceful, relaxed stay. Guest rooms and shared spaces are intended for registered overnight guests.
SHOES AT THE MANOR
To help care for the historic floors and keep the manor comfortable, we ask guests to remove outdoor shoes when entering the house.
GUESTS AGE 16 & OVER
To preserve the peaceful character of the manor and the unique nature of our historic property, Franklin Manor welcomes guests age 16 and older.
