BEFORE YOU STAY

Designed as an extension of your stay.

Our third-floor rooms are offered exclusively as additional accommodations for guests traveling with someone staying in one of Franklin Manor’s main guest rooms. They’re a wonderful option when your party needs more bedrooms but still wants to stay together under one roof.

Because these rooms are a little different from our primary accommodations, they are reserved by phone only. We’ll help you choose the rooms that best fit your group and make sure you know exactly what to expect before your stay.

A NOTE ABOUT THE THIRD FLOOR

One Shared, Historic Bath

The six third-floor guest rooms share one bathroom, located on the same floor. The bath retains much of the character of the Manor, including a clawfoot tub and colorful stained-glass windows.

Please note that the bathroom has a bathtub only and does not have a shower. Guests who prefer a private en-suite bath or require a shower should choose one of our primary guest rooms.
